1. Shipping Coverage


We currently only support shipping to Thailand.

2. Shipping Carriers & Destinations


We cooperate with three professional cross-border logistics providers to deliver your orders: Anshun Logistics, Fanhai International Logistics, and Yi Qi Pin Logistics. All orders are shipped from our overseas warehouse located at:

No. 7, Longquan Road, Huimin Sub-district, Jiashan County, Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province, P.R. ChinaShopify

All services cover delivery to addresses across Thailand.

3. Order Processing & Shipping Timeline


  • Order Processing Time: 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmationShopify. Orders placed after 2:00 PM (GMT+8) will be processed on the next business day.
  • Estimated Shipping Time to Thailand: 7–15 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8–18 business days (processing + shipping).

4. Shipping Costs


  • We offer free standard shipping for all orders to Thailand. No minimum purchase is required. Shopify.
  • Shipping fees are fully covered by us, including international transportation, customs clearance, and last-mile delivery in Thailand. Customers do not need to pay any additional shipping costsShopify.

5. Order Tracking


Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the official website of the corresponding logistics provider (Anshun Logistics, Fanhai International Logistics, or Yi Qi Pin Logistics).

6. Special Notes


  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors such as extreme weather, customs inspections, peak shopping seasons, or other force majeure events beyond our control. Shopify.
  • Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by Thai customs are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • For undelivered, lost, or damaged packages, please contact our customer service at support@Adwinhome.com with your order number and tracking details within 30 days of shipment. We will assist with the investigation and resolution.
