We currently only offer delivery services throughout Thailand. Delivery options may be limited in some remote or restricted areas, or such areas may not be covered by our standard delivery service. We partner with three professional logistics providers: Anshun Logistics, Fanhai International Logistics, and Yiqipin. All orders are shipped directly from our overseas warehouse to all destinations across Thailand, ensuring you a stable and reliable delivery experience:
Standard Delivery:
This is our most commonly used delivery option, with all logistics costs already included in your order.
- Order Processing Time: Your order will be prepared, packed, and dispatched within 15 calendar days after payment confirmation.
- Transit Time: Once shipped, your order will be delivered to the designated address within Thailand within 15 calendar days.
The estimated delivery time provided during the checkout process is just an approximation. It may be affected by various factors such as customs clearance procedures (for international orders), shipping carrier delays, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to keep you updated on any significant changes to the estimated delivery time and will communicate with you via the contact information you provided during the order placement.
We take great care in packaging your furniture to ensure it arrives in the best possible condition. Our professional packaging team uses high-quality materials to protect the items from damage during transit. Each piece of furniture is carefully wrapped, padded, and secured in appropriate boxes or crates, depending on its size and nature.
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery through the website of our shipping partner or through the tracking feature available on our Adwin Home Furnishings Mall platform. This way, you can stay informed about where your furniture is and when it is expected to arrive at your doorstep.
